I'm Lisa! And I'm so glad you're here!
Hey there! I'm Lisa Roers . . .
Most who know me would describe me as a mother, wife, musician and business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. We are all much more than the simple labels we wear.
We are also a LOT stronger than we think we are. And, whether you realize it or not, you have a VERY VERY big God who loves you and is capable of far more than you might realize.
This world puts us, and God, into a very tiny box. It's time we realize all we can accomplish through His power. I want to remind you that you can be your own fierce self-advocate for LIFE and you can intentionally create your future to be exactly what God intended you to be! I sincerely look forward to meeting you!

My Story is still being written . . .
. . . and yet, the pains I have already endured in this life have propelled my desire to heal, and to help others heal as well - emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually. Even as a little girl I knew that the things I endured by God’s strength must have been allowed so I could use my learnings to help someone else. Whatever may have been intended for evil, I will do my best to use it for God’s glory!
My mom dealt with the disabilities of Multiple Sclerosis for more than 50 years, which forced our mother-daughter role reversal to happen much sooner than it should have. I had the great honor, and burden, to be Mom's care-giver for 17 years. She never complained, and I’m grateful for the time with her. Over the lonely decades of caring for mom, I was very good at being her fierce health-advocate, but I wasn’t paying much attention to my own health.
Fast forward a few years and on a cold February morning, I woke up in pain - a LOT of it. It progressed in the coming days and eventually I could barely walk. After 26 doctors, some crazy medical bills, and no answers, I had to become my OWN fierce health-advocate. The lessons learned by helping Mom would now be lessons to restore my own health. Although the dis-ease I had remained undiagnosed, I knew I had to change what went in, on, and around my body. And I did!
Today, I'm fully well and on my way to being the healthiest me I've ever known. But it was, and still is, a difficult daily choice. So, that's a little bit about me. Someday we'll chat, and I may share some more.
But, let's talk about YOU!!
